INTRODUCTION
Himalayan Power Partner Ltd. was established in 2061 B.S. as a private limited company with the main objectives to provide the services in the fields of research, development and consultation in the energy sector. The company was registered under the company Act 2063 in company registration office, government of Nepal.
The company was converted to the Public Limited Company in June 2013 after entry of NRN Infrastructure and Development Limited as a partner.
The company has developed DordiKhola Hydropower Project (27 MW) in Lampung, Nepal. The Project was commissioned on 14th Ashwin 2079 and is in smooth operation now.
CAPITAL STRUCTURE
The authorized capital of the company is NRs. 2700 million. The issued and paid up capital are NRs.1065 millions.
